Well today I was bored hence the over eating than normal I m really pleased with myself as I managed to KEEP OFF THE SCALES!I thought if I weight more than I did yesturday I would go awol again! so here I am Im good and even though I did seem to overeat Ive still stayed in my calorie intake!. heres abstaining from weighing myself for a whole wekk It's gonna be hard But I have also done without any treacle with my porridge in a morning and only had one sachet not two! so I know I can do this tiny steps to help stop doing the silly things I shouldn't! I want to be normal and not obsess with the scales and food but I guess That 'll never happen!
