Insulin will make fat storage easy , Protein is better for you to lose with body movement exersize

Gluten is protein, corn is starch. Scientifically, not sure the corn is better. If you're not gluten intolerant, I think the wheat pasta would be better; just buy the durum semolina, or whole wheat kind, not the enriched white kind. Italians (in Italy) are considered some of the fittest (not obese) people in the world and they eat it every day. Please don't take it the wrong way. Just trying to help :)

that's almost what I ate for my dinner tonight except I had gluten free noodles corn ,and peas and carrots and a chicken sauce over it .turned out really good I just throw everything in a pan and cooked .I have to eat gluten free I can't have cheese and wheat of any kind .

I just used what I had and through everything in a pan per cooked noodles and then added it and then finsh out for 30 minutes simmer ,I used 1 cup and a 1/2 noodles took chicken broth and then made my sauce .added peas carrots I used frozen .
