I set the alarm for 6:30a today big "HA HA" i turned off the alarm and went back to sleep...no a.m workout for me....my body says no! i will continue in the eves... but otherwise i am doing great!

I did the same thing this morning! I knew I had to leave the house at 9, so I was going to go to the gym around 6...haha, I didn't get out of bed until 8:15! :)
