Weighed in this morning, Saturday, Dec 8. I'm discouraged, this is the morning of day 12 and I feel that I should have lost more weight. I'm going to hang in to the end of Phase I (Monday morning), but it's really hard. I still haven't incorporated exercise into this diet...I know that's part of the problem (big sigh). Yet, such a severe diet should yield bigger results.

I noticed a big drop the first 4-5 days, then it was either steady or 1 pound, Don't worry you will get there. Don't forget to take your measurements. Denise

I want to encourage you to stick w/ the program. It really pays off in the end. The scale isn't as big of an indicator as "it" likes to think it is. How your clothes fit and how you feel is more important. My body shape has changed a lot but the scale still is hardly moving.

Have you measured yourself? that is so important because usually if you';re not losing pounds, you're losing inches.
Also- it seems that every once in awhile your body consolidates & waits before it drops more pounds.
But the key things are: you absoluely must eat at lest 8 oz of protein, 2 eggs, and the whey shakes daily (or you won't lose)
Do not skip anything and also- are youtaking the supplements?
