Well, I think I've accounted for every single thing I ate Saturday for the first time ever since I've been tracking. It's not very pretty, but only time will tell if it will set me back. Was out and about all day, but tried to eat reasonably. My goal is to eventually learn to incorporate my weekday routine to my weekends, and not mindlessly eat. Sunday I will be able to be more strict and bring my lunch/dinner with me to work. I don't mean strict to be a negative thing, this is just how it is going to have to be. Eating healthier really does make you feel better. I'm just a slow learner:)
