Hi everybody, sorry I haven't wrote I have been at the hospital with my sister. I haven't been doing so well. I have gained 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I have been so worried about my sister so I didn't stick to the diet. But I can relax now that she is home. I will start back up with her on Monday. Well I will talk to everyone later.
