First off, I got a headache in the afternoon yesterday. Could be going back to sticking to the low carbs that triggered it, not really sure, or it could also have been waiting too long to eat or really any number of things. No point guessing. I decided not to take Relpax, but instead to wait it out and take my sledgehammer when I got home, which is what I did, but the headache got quite severe and I was kind of regretting that decision by 5:30 anyhow, I took meds when I got home and crashed on the couch for a couple hours until I became a zombie and fell asleep. Slept in again this morning, but plan on doing my morning routine after work today.

Sticking to the diet, no headache this morning, thank god! I suspect I will have more improvement in my energy levels soon. Taking it one day at a time.
