last night was a nightmare for me, it was 11pm and my stomach thought it was starving to death!!! i decided to drink a comomille tea and go to sleep....but i feel llike im starving at like 8-9 pm....anyone else feel this way??? any tips???

If all you had was a tiny breakfast well heck ya you'd be hungry. Did you eat anything else?

it's all in your head. Mind over matter, or you'll get fatter!Are you drinking at least 8oz. of water a day?

I agree with Pats. Drink water and hang on. You'll be surprised how well you can do that after a couple of days.

If you're in phase 1 especially, you need more than 8oz of water a day, more like 8 glasses a day are required. Drink water, snack on the allowed snack foods on phase 1, nuts, low fat cheese sticks, etc.. Try keeping your food journal updated because it really helps people try ti pin point what might be going on to offer you better advise when they can. This is a great site, take full advantage it. You can do this. This plan has helped MANY people and it can help you too. Best wishes to you!

i am in phase 1.. and it's really hard to eat breakfast because i've never ate breakfast before! and i have been trying to eat like a late breakfast... i will do better in logging everything in! including the water!

I am JUST like you in the regard of NOT wanting or liking breakfast! What made it super easy for me is those gGardenburger, soy sausage links! Two are in a serving but I am not hungry so I only take one out, throw it in the microwave for 45 seconds on power 7 and Viola'! It taste like a sausage, it's good soy protein, its VERY low in fat, carbs and calories AND the best part, you can hold it in your fingers and eat it while you're getting yourself out the door, or while you're at your desk. LOL Like a finger food! LOL Fast, easy and super healthy! Just an idea. Best wishes to you! Go get 'em!
