Sigh...it's only been a few days now, neither the scale or my inches have had a shrinkage. I have gone as long as 59 days without a loss, so this is nothing, and I can stay focused. Sometimes, I just feel the need to rush this process, which is silly, after all; I didn't worry about that when the apple fritter was in my hand.
