Yay, I'm sitting at 97.7kg...finally heading in the right direction. After a horrible shark week last week where I ate for Africa and got super lazy to write down everything I consumed.
Thankfully today is the start of a new month and so I can try again:-) My plan is to consume 1300 5 times a week and 500 calories twice a week. If I can just eat cleaner and do 30 minutes of exercise each day- I know I will see an increase at the end of the month
Will do my official weigh-in on Monday.
