Well, although I didn't cheat per sé I over carbed on Super Bowl Sunday; which caused a gain, and a stall. When I am not at home I use my phone app, and it's a pain to type, so I often forget to log items.
I was sure I didn't cheat, after all I didn't touch anything I shouldn't have...or so I thought. I forgot to count the 3 lemons I used in beverages, the sodium, the brown sugar on the one and only rib I ate, that one slice of salami, the olives...on and on.
The deviled aggs had relish, which I counted, but maybe not enough. It adds up, so I need to be consistent with my logging food. About the gain, I didn't kick myself, but I kicked myself into gear. I am back on track, and it feels so good. I have 40 lbs. to go, and I am hopeful for a 2.5 loss per week. I won't stress if it doesn't happen, it's just a wish list.
