Got a sore throat in the afternoon yesterday, and was extra tired. No sore throat this morning, but a slight headache again. Took Aleve and regular meds. Felt better after exercise this morning, nose running a bit, but that went away. If headache persists or gets a bit worse, will take Relpax.
Second day of new schedule. Everything went like clockwork yesterday except for a slight distraction working on Tax paperwork. Mood was pretty good though. Tyson was also doing extremely well. I think we are really on track now!
Hope today works out just as well!
Had to take the Relpax. It wore me out. After getting my taxes done I crashed and didn't feel like doing anything else very active for the rest of the day. Got side-tracked with my planner and didn't do most of my tasks. Oh well, tomorrow is another day, but I need good rest for sure tonight.
