My dr asked me to see the nutritionist to talk about healthy food choices. It went well. She told me not to weigh myself though. Her advice was to see how your clothes fit. I'm trying but it's hard. I'm doing well with my eating. I even passed up a homemade ice cream cake today!! Yeah!!
