I dont know what my true weight is.. One scale said 175 at work it says 181.. at home its 175.5 again at work today its 177.. ughh.. FML

Pick a scale. Use it in the same place (Trust me, moving it around the floor is bad) at the same time (mornings are best) in the same (approximate...) clothing or non-clothing (yup..nekkid)... and don't worry what the other ones say. The actual number is not that important (a shift in a few pounds up or down really isnt what matters) -- what is important is consistency, so that you can track the change you're making.

Yea the problem is that im in this "biggest loser" contest at work and THAT's the scale that keeps giving me different numbers. it is on a rug too.. the one i use at home is consistent.. and on a tile floor..

the rug really causes a lot of disparity... evil rugs. of course, i'm going to miss mine when i move to the new apartment... all hardwood, no rug... watch my weight history go up on the 1st!!! hehehe.
