I don't know whether it's the added motivation of being on a challenge, or just coincidence, but I've had an amazingly successful three weeks since joining the Fatsecret Biggest Loser Challenge, losing 1/2 stone so far!
This week has been the best yet in percentage terms, with a massive (for me) 2.5lbs loss = 1.40%!!
I'm now tantalisingly close to my next 1/2 stone loss goal, and might have to be extra good today to see if I can do it by my birthday tomorrow - that would be the best birthday present!
Hope my Black Team buddies have had a good week too - we need to beat the Blue Team this week!!!
