oh no, thought I was having a good week, but now see I"m only down 1 lb since biggest loser wt. in on Sunday!! down to 148 from 149. oh well its thurs am. so i have three days! i was planning on just getting a run in one day, but now thinking it will have to be workout everyday!!!!!!! one run and two days at the gym! that will do it!!!! need to lose at lease 1/2 lb to meet the 1% team goal, and 2 lb to meet my personal goal of losing 2% in one week!!!!!!!
so that means I need to see
147.5 1%
or 146 2%

You can do it! I'm glad to see the BL challenge is motivating you. I know it movtivates me. I think I remember a couple of weeks ago you couldn't wait to see 148 and now you're here. Celebrate every pound lost! You're closer to your goal!!!
