TUES WT IN

over the 150 again! it was fun to get a few under the 150!!! but no prob, doing runs this week. and hopefully it will be the only wt. this week that is over the 150!!! I did have prime rib sandw. on Sunday and pasta yesterday!!!! arg, just a little bit and the scale knows it. I wish you could have free wt. sundays. like your body lets you eat whatever you want on Sundays.

doing a 4 mile run today and two more this week.
68.1 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know that's disappointing, but it sounds like you have the right attitude. Soon, if you stick with the plan, you'll say goodbye to 150 for good. You know it and I know it!
