LOSE 24 LBS BY JUNE 1ST (6 LBS A MONTH UNTIL 6/1)!!!
My goal is to lose 6 lbs a month EVERY MONTH until June 1, 2010. -6 lbs in February, -6 lbs in March, -6 lbs in April, -6 lbs in May = a 24lb loss by June 1, 2010. I know it'll be a challenge but I'm up for it.
I currently weigh 162 lbs.
Challenge Goal:
Feb 1, 2010 = 162 Mar 1, 2010 = 156 Apr 1, 2010 = 150 May 1, 2010 = 144 Jun 1, 2010 = 138
