My damn scale is broken. Cheap piece of $%*&. I had to weigh myself six times this morning: 1)311.8 2)316.6 3)Err 4)293.2 5)311.8 6)311.6.
So I just took a majority vote this morning. Majority rules and says 311.8. I'll have to buy a new scale this weekend. Ugh.
That's what I get for buying a crappy scale...well, I didn't think it was a crappy scale, but guess I was wrong.
Worked out yesterday which felt good. Hurt my ankle last Friday so tried to go easier on it. Only ran a mile on the treadmill and then did a leg workout. Time to start ramping up workouts.
