This week's Fatsecret Biggest Loser weigh-in: 2lbs = 1.11%!
Not quite as good as last week's winning loss, although still above average for me, so this challenge must be helping focus my mind!!
The main thing is that I stuck to it, despite my husband being away for the week, which was quite a challenge. I didn't cook every day - can't be bothered just for me - but I bought Food Doctor ready meals instead, which were delicious, nutricious and most-importantly filling.
I didn't do quite so well on the exercise this week, with just two workouts so far - had too many phone calls and visitors from friends/family who were worried about how I was doing!
Hubby got back yesterday, so back to normal this week thank goodness!

Good job on sticking with it! I always do better when I don't have to worry about cooking - just grab a sandwich or frozen dinner and be done with it.
I am really dreading next month when people start bringing in all the Holiday goodies. One company I worked for, a different department was designated to bring in food every day in December. Then they all tried to outdo each other with such delicious treats, there was a smorgasboard all day, every day. At the end of the month, I had gained 6 lbs and couldn't button my pants! It's not that bad at my current company, but there are a fair amount of goodies around, mostly sweets of course, which luckily is not my big downfall.
Hope hubby had fun in La-La Land!

Thanks! I was very worried, because last time he went away just for a weekend, I ended up picking all evening each night. However, I'm much more focussed at the moment, so wasn't even tempted to go off plan.
Don't even mention Christmas - I'm actually pretty worried about the whole month of December and my ability to consistently avoid all the temptation that goes with it. Must. Stay. Strong!!
Hubby had a fairly stressful week, although did manage to find the time to go shopping - bought me back some stunning diamond earrings (the $ exchange rate is great for us at the moment)! He can go away more often if he comes back with gifts like that!! ;)

Great work -- you a are doing a good job losing more than 1% which is hard to do! I think we suffered a loss mostly because there were a couple people on the other team going through their "induction" or first flush week or whatever. Next time!
