I think my physical exertion was at a 6-month high yesterday. I worked out in the morning (40 minutes on the eliptical stepper), walked around downtown quite a bit in the afternoon, then played a pickup game of soccer at UTD in the evening after work with my son an about 10 others. I was exhausted last night, but very happy. I worked out this morning, but I just did weights because I was so tired and stiff.
Lesson for me: working out is good, but mixing in some phyical play -- like soccer -- is really good for me.
