I just saw your profile because I was curious about who the administrator was for the vegan/vegetarian group. You seem to have a very similar story to me: I always feel I need to be 20 pounds lighter. And I give up very easily as well. But you seem to be really losing the weight consistently! That's great...do you exercise first thing in the morning still?
