I use MCT oil AND coconut oil in my BP coffee. Start MCT with one TEAspoon for a few days to see how you react digestively.

MCT oil IS coconut oil, just more highly refined. You can use them interchangeably and they add up equivalently. MCT has less coconutty taste and may give you a lift sort of like coffee.

Thanks for the info on the MCT oil I'm seriously thinking about adding it to my coffee because of my Fibro acting up right now I'm really tired and the meds they offer for it are as bad as the Fibro so I don't take them.

Try looking into the Wahls Protocol. It's a ketogenic diet that's designed to correct autoimmune problems. My fibromyalgia has disappeared from using a ketogenic, high coconut oil diet. Also look into 'oil pulling'; this was also a part of my improvement.
