You can do this! Look at each meal and approach it like a game that you not only want to, but CAN WIN! Each meal, look at your choices and slowly and methodically pick your food, and eat each and every bite like it is your last. Savor the flavor, the texture and put your fork down at each bite. Drink your water like you might not have any tomorrow! You CAN do this! Ask yourself, "Does this taste, as good as thin feels?" :) Go get 'em!
