Today is my re-start- I am re-dedicating myself to this with no nuts, no gum, etc. I loaded up on supplies and I am starting over.

84.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg. Still to go: 34.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
