Hi! How is your training going? You are inspiring! I'm training for a 5K in May 2008. And, yes, I'm very slow. My worry is that I'll be the very last person to cross the line. I've read that running a 10 minute mile is a worthy goal before you attempt a 5K and I'm slugging away at a 12:20 mile! 13K... amazing! You go, girl:)
