OK friends....worked out every day for the past five days. Yay! Now if I will just quit sneaking in those bites of things I should not be eating!

Really hope the scale rewards me this week and that I have worked off more than I have taken in.

Hubby is gone again for two more weeks. That is good on one hand; I have more time to work out in the evenings, but it is bad because I am more tempted not to cook a proper dinner and then I end up snacking.

Ultimately, I have to do this by myself for me.

Ultimately its by you for yourself is right. Glad to see you're down a lb anyway! Your mindset to kick those little cheat bites is right on. They're just pulling you in the wrong direction and there are so many tasty treats out there! I'm jealous you've got some 'me' time coming. Enjoy it while you can. Even if you're just "snacking" as long as its on plan and your body gets what it needs that's the important thing.
