Today made 2 weeks of Phase 1. I did great during the weekdays but cheated over the weekends. The scale isn't moving too much but my clothes fit and look better so I'm happy about that. I think I'm going to stay on Phase 1 for a little bit longer to make up for my cheating.
I am happy to notice that I feel more lathargic when I cheat due to the bad carbs and sugars. This is great for me because I'm starting to not want to cheat because I feel so lazy afterwards. I'm really starting to see changes in the foods that I want to eat and I couldn't be happier with that result alone!
