Yesturday never stopped ! I built a wardrobe for my mum carring the wood up stairs, stretching for about 5 hours! but this morning was suprised to see a weight loss this morning also uped my calorie intake and was eating every few hours to keep my metabolic rate up and I think this was the key EXERCISE,EATING EVERY FEW HOURS AND THAT'S THAT!
