Yesturday never stopped ! I built a wardrobe for my mum carring the wood up stairs, stretching for about 5 hours! but this morning was suprised to see a weight loss this morning also uped my calorie intake and was eating every few hours to keep my metabolic rate up and I think this was the key
EXERCISE,EATING EVERY FEW HOURS AND THAT'S THAT!

I think you're right! It's so hard to eat healthy all day though! I feel like I'm spending my whole day preparing and eating!

Do what I do if you notice my meal plans they are the same every day boring I know BUT it means you know exactly what your eating and you know it fills you up and don't have to worry ! the vegies are easy digested and if cooked to leave hard then it takes your body more effort(burning more calories) to digest! and they are healthy! The porridge I eat EVERY DAY also helps me keep full till dinner! and I read it also stops you storing fat too! plus it warms your inside up ! It must start your metabolic rate burning I think thats why Im warm on a morning! I have a huge sweet tooth though but as long as I keep within my calorie intake I can have them teehee!
