I took my measurements this morning. Since I started my diet i have lost a total of 38.25 inches off my entire body. That's a loss of 8.25 off my chest, 11 off my waist, 5 off my thighs, 3.75 off my biceps, 9.75 off my hips, 0.5 off my wrists, and 2 off my forearms.
