Wow! I have shown the world my weight. I know I am not shy, but that did take guts! But I am proud and confident at this point.
I am six days into a "lifestyle change", not a diet. I have been drinking more than 100 ounces of water every single day and making very smart choices.
I have been doing an average of 40 minutes of cardio at the gym, but not nearly as much weights.
Overall, I'm doing VERY good, in my opinion. It is better than the alternative, that's for sure!
