Day7 Woke up at 3:30 am with the start of a bad headache and was actually starving. Ate half a bell pepper with cream cheese. Headache persisted...got back up and had 1 oz of cheddar. Woke back up at 8am with just a teensy headache, and as soon as I ate it went away. Need to consume some broth each nite before bed I think.
