Stuck to it perfectly for about half the week, then went off the rails again. By the weekend I'd just given up: didn't even weigh myself yesterday morning, let alone anything I ate.
So the fact that I've still lost 3 lbs this week is astonishing. And certainly seeing the scales gave me the impetus to get straight back on with it this morning.
But I'm worried at how easily I've mucked it up. It's not difficult to stick to, so why am I having such difficulty? If I could get just one week where I could click 100%, I'm sure it would do wonders.
Then my daughter phoned and I told her how disheartened I am at the moment and she was just brilliant. So I'm now less disheartened...
Wishing us all a successful slimming week... xx

Falling off the wagon is much easier than holding on but as with any fall, how fast you get up and regain control is the important thing.
Well done on your loss and remember – when the going gets tough …. The tough get going.
We are all watching and waiting for next report. Good Luck.

You've done well regardless, be proud of yourself! Allow yourself a 'treat day' every now and again - that may help, if you have something to look forward to.
