Did horribly this week. I'm amazed that I lost any. I was working out everyday until Thursday. I've had a head cold since then and have been sleeping late instead!
I did learn that my weakness is sweets. When I go to parties I need to bring sweets (that I can safely eat), otherwise I munch on those around me! I ate 2 pieces of cake, and 2 cupcakes (the kind that are so covered in icing they look like sheet cakes!!).
I think I would have lost a lot more had I not binged that night!
I'll have to find a good dessert recipe that I can take and enjoy myself...so I don't succumb to the temptation next time!
