Hang in there! I personally couldn't do Fat Smash but it looks like you are losing well on it. A friend of mine lost around 20lbs on it and every time she would stall, she'd have a cheat meal and normally drop a lb or two the next day or so.

I've done that too...had a cheat meal and actually drop a lb. I think it may just "shock" the body up a little bit.
But I wsnted to congrats you on getting out of the 200's into the 100's!! I'm chompin at the bit to get there with 4.5 lbs to go. Way to go!!

Hang in there! I too am a slave to the scale. I just moved from Ct to Fl and love it but I was on a major eating out binge that just had to end. There are still so many restaurants that everyone says we have to try but my god I don't think my body can take it. I'm fed up with my stomach and yeas I know that that is the last place it comes off! A woman thing I'm sure. Perhaps we can keep each other going. Will chek back! I am following the Ultra Fat Smash diet from First for Women Magazine. It's a 4 week thing. We'll see right now I still feel bloated and Fat. I weight in on Tues. We'll see
