Wow, it's been 28 days since my last weigh in! Hence the reason I'm up 5 lbs. Not good. It seems lately that every time I get on the scale, I'm up, which keeps discouraging me! My problem is consistency. Doing consistent workouts and eating consistent portions. I noticed the other day that I was eating about the same amount of food as my husband one night at supper. I need to get control of my portions and quit thinking that I'd like to eat something more just for the taste of things.
Sigh!
