This is the first diet I've really tried to stick too. I'm doing good but it's only day 3 and I really miss eating bread and fruit!
63.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

The first 2 weeks are the hardest commitment, but once you get through them, you'll be so happy you did!
