Started trying to not eat food with added sugar this week - cereals, sweets and such - but seem to have put weight on this week. Will log food again to see my mistake.
80.9 kg Lost so far: 27.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
