Happy happy happy...might not be where I want to be,but I sure am one step closer:-) From today I hope to follow the 4:3 diet by eating 1200 four times a week and 500 3 times a week.If I continue dropping 0.5-1kg a week I will reach 90Kg by Chrsitmas and hopefully my goal by end of Feb
