Hi all, busy season! My challenge for the season is not the parties; they seem to go well as I go prepared. My problem is the busy-ness and so getting the gym is hard. And, at this point working out is really what is moving my weight loss along. If I don't work out, it really slows down. Balance, balance, balance! Simple but not easy.

It IS hard fitting everything in and my own program has had a few holes in it, as well. You might try splitting the workout, doing only some days at the gym and maybe walking the neighborhood in the evening, enjoying the Christmas decorations. Even partial, shorter workouts count!

I completely understand! At times I'm sacrificing sleep to work out. Finding that balance is tough. Let me know when you figure it out because I want the secret! Good job on the eating part. Being prepared really is the key there.

It can be more difficult when extra things get in the way or our normal routine. The season is almost over, then you can get back on track.
