The Biggest Loser show has encouraged me to stretch myself at the gym. I have been adding to my running time on the treadmill; last night I ran for 10 solid minutes (that is a record for me!). I kept telling myself you can do one more minute; I was not out of breath and actually could have gone on longer. I was smiling (people probably thought I was listening to something funny), but actually I was just so happy that I made it to 10 minutes without whimping out! Tonight....11 minutes or more!
81.6 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulations on making it to the 10 minute mile marker, and your resolve to continue to keep raising the bar for yourself. As for that smile, that was on your face, it's just a reflection of your success, so let them wonder, and keep on smiling. I don't have a gym membership, yet, but will get one in the coming months, as well as restarting my martial arts training at a local dojo. Like you, I've been inspired and encouraged to continue with my weightloss efforts. I love that show. I may not lose as fast as they do, but I will get the weight off, and after it's gone, I'll do what ever it takes to keep it off, once and for all.

Yes, I can see that with your determination you will! You can be FS's Biggest Loser Champion! Getting weight off fast like they do would be impossible without the full time support they get, so you are doing great!
