Ya h I know McD's and undiluted juices are bad for a diet.The sandwiches are 2 for 3 so it's actually cheeper then buying one, and it's hot, compared to a parfiet. The aplle juices today were because I was tring to beat a low-blood sugar crash, I needed an easily absorbed sugar, apple juice works, normally, I didn't get it in to me soon enough today and it crashed, got liht headed, neasus and weak duting work. I'm still ceusus and weakish, don't know what is's from.

Wasn't really hungary at lunch, I barely made it through the one peice of string cheese. Don't really feel very well but I can't leave work.

Sometime winter/cold season sucks!

Keep up your strength girl. You have to eat properly and some smaller snack type meals to combat the blood sugar issues. Find something healthy though. That's where satan gets you! He puts the fattening stuff on sale! JUST SAY NO! lol you are doing great keep it up!
