Fast yesterday: Good Tues: didn't over eat / good Mon: failed at a fast // ate soup at night
Friday's fast tomorrow: oooh lala // I CAN DO THIS. What am i doing tomorrow? Oh, I'm meeting my friend for dinner (after meeting another friend at the gym to do arms/abs)
Still too scared to weigh myself.I know I'm not 55kgs anymore. My ass looks huge.
