Isn't it truly unbelievable how the calories/points can add up if you aren't mindful. I reduced my RDI to 1600 calories from 1900. I will strive for 1600, but if I go towards 1900, I don't think that is unreasonable. I want this to be realistic. I know I lost weight on my own before, by doing ww at home. I fell off the wagon these past couple of years, got anemia, and packed on 20 extra pounds. I know that my worst fault is when I don't write down what I am eating. I am really enjoying this website so far. Although...sometimes I am confused by the postings...they look the same no matter what section I am in.
