Well I have been bad lately. Havent gained but havent lost. I find myself eating what I want now and then, which isnt too bad, but it should be maybe once a week not a few days a week. Soooo I am going back to phase 1 for about 2 weeks to see if I cant give my system a shock and make my weight budge. This will do it and make me stay on the wagon I keep falling off of now and then lol. So I am off to make my egg whites. Hope everyone is having a smashing day.
Oh exercise. Misses a little over a week with my monthly visitor. But I am back to it this week. I am a very hard to get motivated to do exercise person. But I am working on it.
