thanks for the suggestions. yes, i do need to get exercising more. i realize that 'diet and exercise' go hand in hand...and yet i somehow just don't do it :/ i guess its b/c i've always just been at 135 w/o doing anything, i'd eat what i want and just stay there...all that has changed apparently. So, yes, i am going to start walking daily, and my cousin has a bowflex...we used to have a good little routine going with it, but like all things, it fizzled out. i will try to get doing that again and hopefully things can get a jumpstart. thank you all though, sometimes even when you know things, its nice to get a friendly reminder :)
