24 August have changed my eating habits to include complex carbs they are mostly brown rice, wholewheat pasta, and eating chicken like there no tomorrow it is starting to taste like almost eating rubber going to try grilling the chicken breasts from now on and see how that tastes like, feeling good and i have gained 300g from my starting weight hope it muscle gain. i am rotating my workout to make them a bit more interesting and to keep the body guessing, now eating four times a day i think i can handle that much eating. waiting for my whey supplement so i can fill in the other two meals with that. restricted my sugar intake no soft drinks during the week. realy struggling over the weekend with food choices mostly because i tend to drink alot.
