Well, today is the day! I met my; goal after 12.5 weeks. I am so happy and proud of myself. I did it without starving, without eating salads everyday and cottage cheese. I paid attention to portion control, balanced meals, balanced diet, limited my bad fats, no fried foods, made healthy sweets choices, and overall have learned so much from this website and the people here. Thanks to all of my buddies for the encouragment you offered. You were certainly a huge help to me. Special thanks to Alyssa. Thanks for being my buddy and encouraging me when I got down.
