i have realized, even though i havent accepted it as fact, that i can eat fun food (pizza, cheeseburger-still no bun, and a crazy high calorie salad) and it wont crush my diet. I stay around my 1200 calorie limit but still truly expect a huge jump in my weight when i step on the scale in the morning. Now, i know this is not logical: that my scale will jump 5 or 10 pounds, but this is what i think i will see! And i continue to be surprised when it doesnt. I AM NOT COMPLAINING LOL. i just am trying to get my thoughts down so i can let this go and move on.
My day will spent today moving furniture and doing more for moms estate.
also, my son is sick so he will be going to doctor. he just feels yucky so probably flu or cold. just under the weather.
