No dedicated exercise today. My church commitment ran long this morning, but I'm glad I went. Because it was last-minute and some of the regular crew had other commitments, there were only 4 (!!) of us initially and then a 5th came in later. A normal crew is 10-12. What we do is add inserts into the upcoming Sunday bulletins/newsletters. The church has 7 services, I think, so that's a whole heap of inserts to take care of. Today, we had 2 inserts to do, as well. So all in all, my help was needed - as was everyone else's!!

I ran some errands because I was out in the world anyway. I didn't take an Atkins bar, thinking I'd get home earlier. So, for lunch, I was ravenous - NOT a good thing. I had a very nice lunch now, but I'm still hungry. When I plan out the rest of the day, I just don't have much room, considering I didn't exercise. But I'm still hungry...wha-whaa-whaaa!!

I wish I had more hours in the day. I could definitely do some exercise, but then what happens to all the other projects that I need to get done? With the weekend nearly upon us, DH will be home which shifts my focus and there are some activities/commitments already planned for both Saturday and Sunday. Oh what's a gal to do???

Oh my, what a busy girl you are! I was just catching up with you & feel like I am still behind! Glad you went to church & helped out. Doesn't it seem like it is always the same people who really show up to do what needs to be done all the time! I really agree, we need more hours in the day! Sorry you still feel hungry after your lunch! I hate when that happens! I try to wait it out & drink water & if that doesn't work, try a salad!

GG, the hunger is slowly going away with extra water and time. But, I've rearranged my meat for dinner and am eating an Atkins bar - s-l-o-w-l-y. Hopefully, I'll be all fixed up by bedtime, or I might just eat my pillow!!!

Sandy you have had a busy day already and as gg says it always seems to be the same people turn up to do the hard work, but they miss all the fun.....have a lovely happy healthy weekend....I had a very filling lunch today but had an Atkins bar for breakfast cos I was rushing out to appts......

Hey there, Yvonne. The Atkins bars certainly help when you've got to be running out somewhere. Finish up your work tonight and then go relax this weekend! You deserve it!!
